D MOVEment Fitness Studio provides a great atmosphere to dance and party! Our dance instructors are currently qualified to offer classes in the following:

Our boot camp incorporates your traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises along with functional movements, circuit and interval training. We will always keep you engaged and ready for more!!
- Boot Camp
When it's time to let go of that unwanted stress in our mind and bodies. We need to allow ourselves to build that strength, increase our flexibility and relaxation within. Mind Body and Spirit then becomes one!
