- Zumba Toning
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe.
Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps.
new POUND Fitness
Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 600 and 900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Strength Fitness Classes
Our Better Body incorporates your traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises along with functional movements, circuit and interval training. We will always keep you engaged and ready for more!!
